• Developed the Oasis imaging system client application for the US Department of Labor. This application supports 1000 claims examiners in locations throughout the United States. This system is expected to handle 5 million documents a year with a guarantee of no low of data. The Oasis application employs IBM’s Component Broker in the middle tier, Informix as the database, IBM MQ Series as the fail safe communication mechanism between regional, national and backup sites, 3 TeraByte Network Applicance servers for image storage, Optical Jukeboxes for archive storage, and numerous development languages including Delphi(Pascal), C++, Java, CORBA, and Microsoft COM.(1998-1999)
• Developed and fielded the Options/Futures Trading system for Statoil, the 5^th largest oil company in the world. Additionally, produced over 20 mission critical client server applications for Statoil, a Norwegian energy production and marketing company. All of these applications employed Delphi 3.0. (1997-1998).
• Developed a mission critical multi-million dollar client server publishing application for the Bureau of National Affairs. The application resolved year 2000 problems.(1995-1997)
• Developed an extensive suite of Delphi database components.
• Proficient with most Delphi products on the market today.
• Developing in Delphi since Mid 1994. One of 3 Washington, DC area Beta testers of the prerelease product.
• Developed the official Borland "Advanced Database Design" classroom courseware. This was contracted by Borland. HTR was the prime.
• Fielded an Electronic Catalog application that allows for mass distribution of a company's products and facilitates immediate ordering.
• Extensive SQL/Client Server experience.
• Hold numerous Delphi component copyrights.
